一、適用範圍

本聲明說明「密碼保」（以下簡稱本 App）如何處理您使用本 App 時的資料。本聲明僅適用於本 App。

二、我們不收集任何個人資料

本 App 未要求網路存取權限，無法連線到網際網路，因此不會將任何資料傳送給開發者或任何第三方。

本 App 不使用廣告、數據分析、當機回報或任何第三方追蹤服務，也不需要註冊或登入帳號。

三、儲存在您手機中的資料

為了提供服務，下列資料只會儲存在您的手機中，不會離開您的裝置：

  • 您自行輸入的記錄：記錄名稱、備註、分類，以及帳號、密碼等欄位內容。
  • App 設定：顯示模式、自動上鎖時間、分類設定。
  • 若您的手機沒有設定螢幕鎖而使用「App 密碼」：只儲存經過雜湊及加密處理的驗證資料，不儲存密碼本身。
  • 為了排列「常用」記錄，App 會記錄各筆記錄的查看次數與最後查看時間。

記錄資料庫以整庫加密方式保存，加密金鑰由 Android 系統的 Keystore 保護。

四、權限與系統功能

  • 生物辨識（指紋、臉部）與螢幕鎖：用於解鎖本 App。驗證由 Android 系統完成，本 App 只會收到「驗證成功或失敗」的結果，不會取得、儲存您的指紋或臉部資料。
  • 剪貼簿：只有在您主動使用「複製」功能時，密碼保才會將該欄位內容寫入系統剪貼簿。
  • 截圖：為保護您的資料，本 App 禁止截圖，切換 App 時的預覽畫面也會被遮蔽。

五、資料分享

本 App 不會提供、交換、出租或出售任何資料給任何個人、團體、企業或政府機關。開發者本身也無法取得您的資料。

六、資料保存與刪除

  • 資料會保存在您的手機中，直到您自行刪除。
  • 您可以隨時在 App 中刪除個別記錄，或在「設定」→「清除全部資料」一次刪除所有資料。
  • 移除（解除安裝）本 App 時，Android 系統會一併刪除本 App 的所有資料。
  • 本 App 已停用 Android 自動備份與裝置間資料轉移，沒有雲端備份。手機遺失、損壞或移除 App 時，資料可能無法復原，開發者也無法協助復原。

七、資料安全

  • 記錄資料庫整庫加密，金鑰由 Android Keystore 保護。
  • 每次開啟 App 都需要驗證身分；離開 App 或一段時間沒有操作會自動上鎖。
  • 標記為「隱藏」的內容預設遮蔽，需要您主動按下「顯示」才會出現。

八、兒童隱私

本 App 並非針對兒童設計，也不會收集任何人（包括兒童）的個人資料。

九、隱私權聲明的修改

本聲明可能因 App 功能或法規變更而修改，修改後會更新本頁面。若日後新增任何會收集或傳送資料的功能，我們會先更新本聲明並在 App 中告知。

1. Scope

This policy explains how PasswordSafe ("the app") handles data when you use it. It applies only to this app.

2. We do not collect personal data

The app does not request internet permission and cannot connect to the internet, so it never sends any data to the developer or to any third party.

The app does not use advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or any third-party tracking services, and it does not require you to sign up or sign in.

3. Data stored on your phone

To provide its features, the app stores the following data on your phone only. This data never leaves your device:

  • Records you enter: record names, notes, categories, and field contents such as usernames and passwords.
  • App settings: display mode, auto-lock times, and category settings.
  • If your phone has no screen lock and you use an "App PIN": only hashed and encrypted verification data is stored, never the PIN itself.
  • To show your most-used records, the app keeps a view count and last-viewed time for each record.

The record database is fully encrypted, and its encryption key is protected by the Android Keystore.

4. Permissions and system features

  • Biometrics (fingerprint, face) and screen lock: used to unlock the app. Verification is performed by the Android system; the app only receives a success or failure result and never accesses or stores your fingerprint or face data.
  • Clipboard: PasswordSafe writes a field value to the system clipboard only when you explicitly use the Copy function.
  • Screenshots: to protect your data, the app blocks screenshots and hides its preview in the recent apps screen.

5. Data sharing

The app does not provide, exchange, rent, or sell any data to any person, group, company, or government agency. The developer has no access to your data either.

6. Data retention and deletion

  • Your data stays on your phone until you delete it.
  • You can delete individual records at any time, or delete everything at once under Settings (設定) → "Clear all data" (清除全部資料).
  • Uninstalling the app causes Android to delete all of the app's data.
  • The app disables Android auto backup and device-to-device transfer, so there is no cloud backup. If your phone is lost or damaged, or the app is uninstalled, your data may be unrecoverable, and the developer cannot help recover it.

7. Security

  • The record database is fully encrypted, with its key protected by the Android Keystore.
  • You must verify your identity every time you open the app, and it locks automatically when you leave it or stop using it for a while.
  • Content marked as hidden is masked by default and appears only when you tap "Show" (顯示).

8. Children's privacy

The app is not designed for children and does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may change as the app or applicable laws change; any changes will be posted on this page. If we ever add a feature that collects or transmits data, we will update this policy first and let you know in the app.
